Project : Gorgeous Planet, Fabulous People
We all probably don't fully realize what a wonderful gift it is that we live on our planet. Life as such arose based on the collaboration of many circumstances. If even one condition were not fulfilled, our beautiful planet would probably be just a dead rock. Is it a miracle or just a coincidence?
Another set of circumstances caused life forms on the Earth to develop up to the most complex level - a human being. A human, who is able to use their mind for self-development and improvement of their living conditions. How did it happen that today we are so significantly different from the creatures with which we probably have a common ancestor? How is it possible that the human population has reproduced itself so much, that has populated the whole earth and created amazing and diverse cultures? Is it a miracle or just a random set of circumstances?
During my travels, I have always been enchanted by the diversity of the landscape, nature, and cultures. I have been fascinated by the dynamics with which individual cultures developed up to today's form and continue to develop. Everything is in amazing motion - from social events, through the activities of individual people, to processes in the nature.
At the same time, I am pleased with how much goodness I encounter on my trips. In general, I think that a human is good in its essence. The malevolent people are more of an exception, even though they can do a lot of damage if they rise to power. Vivid historical and present-day examples can be observed.
In my project "Gorgeous Planet, Fabulous people", I try to depict these dynamics based on the motifs from individual regions of the world. It is not a documentary depiction of the given region, nor an expression of concrete ideas that can be written down in words. These are emotional works influenced by particular regions of the world.
The project consists of individual collections based on the motifs of specific regions. These collections will be released gradually in the form of NFT and offered on Opensea portal. Each collection will have three editions (+ Artist Proof) of one NFT of each work. Individual editions of the particular collection will be put on the market with a time delay (Artist Proof collection will remain in the ownership of the author).
